1. Acceptance
By using the Bahraina website or booking a trip, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and an e-ticket is issued. Prices are in Bahraini Dinars and include VAT.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure; a 25% fee applies within 24 hours. No refunds for no-shows.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must arrive on time, carry required official documents, and follow driver and safety instructions.
5. Luggage
Bahraina is liable for checked luggage within statutory compensation limits and is not liable for undeclared valuables.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
